Our story is closely linked to a place shaped over many decades. For almost 120 years, the house was in the hands of the Maier family – a time full of lived hospitality, valuable encounters, and regional roots.
A New Chapter Begins
In March 2025, we, the Schlatzer family, were privileged to take over and continue this legacy. With great passion, fresh ideas, and deep appreciation for tradition, we want to write the next chapter of this house – and gently guide it into the next 120 years. A place full of warmth, hospitality, and genuine Landliebe (love for the land).
